AT THE QUAIL POINT LODGE
When Horseshoe Bay was first built, the original hunting lodge and the attractive park area surrounding it was given by the developers to the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners’ Association for the sole use of its members. Known as Quail Point Lodge, this facility houses the POA offices and hosts various activities for and sponsored by Horseshoe Bay property owners. Any Horseshoe Bay property owner in good standing may rent Quail Point Lodge or the Pavilion for their private event. Kitchen facilities at Quail Point are limited and non-commercial. There are three large adjoining rooms that can hold over 200 people for a sit down dinner, a dance floor, an audio system, a patio and outdoor pavilion, and a catering kitchen. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two stoves with ovens, two warming units, two microwaves, and a commercial ice machine. Bulk food preparation and clean-up must be done off premises. The POA does not furnish linens, utensils, cooking equipment, decorating materials or services.
Outdoor cooking devices, such as charcoal, wood or propane grills, smoker or fryers, must be placed at least 5 feet from any combustible material including buildings, fences and vegetation. They must not be left unattended.
The parking lot at Quail Point contains spaces for approximately 75 vehicles. Call the POA office for overflow parking information.
